PLEASE NOTE: From July 1st my practice will be moving to my home in Walditch just 1.5 miles East of Bridport. I am still taking bookings at Bridport Complementary through the end of June.
My approach is to empower people to take back their lives from pain, injury, stress, trauma and emotional distress. I draw upon over 25 years of experience using an integrated set of techniques.
I work with all body types from elite athletes to everyday people wanting to live better and get to know their bodies in a different way. I use a gentle approach — listening, feeling and responding to whatever the body is communicating to me and the client.
Please note, I do not treat lymphedema patients at this time.
Remember, your body is always working with you.

Initial Consultation 75 minutes - £75
This is your first appointment with me, start here! We will have paperwork and questions regarding your history and a treatment with the remaining time. The treatment that follows will use a combination of techniques including lymphatic drainage therapy.Holistic treatment 60 minutes - £65
A customised appointment for your specific needs and goals. This appointment we will have you on the table for 60 minutes using a combination of techniques and lymphatic drainage therapy. Please allow for extra time in your schedule 10-15 minutes so we can gather information and answer any questions.90-Minute Appointment - £90

Please make appointment cancellations 24 hours or longer before. The treatment is done through light clothing - so please wear loose fitting clothing. For best results I recommend a course of 3 treatments over a period of 3-4 weeks.If you have any allergies, health issues and/or you are on medication that requires you to have a doctor’s referral prior to any treatment, please disclose at time of booking.
